About us
The Centre for Molecular Analysis CTM belongs to CIBIO – Research Centre in Biodiversity and Genetic Resources - InBIO Associate Laboratory, provides a variety of services to the community, through contracts with enterprises and other public and private entities.
The center is equipped with the Illumina NGS Platform. CTM thus provides complete NGS service packages, including sample/library preparation, a vast selection of sequencing techniques/approaches and bioinformatics.
Expertise
The Centre for Molecular Analysis (CTM) is an independent facility created in 2001 to provide several services to the community based on the application of genetic and molecular tools, using some of the research that is carried out in the Institute.
