What can GenomePT do for you?

GenomePT provides sequencing and bioinformatics services for genome projects coordinated by national and international partners, including the national health service, food, pharma, biotech, paper, wine and fishing industries.
The Mission of GenomePT
Our mission is to build the research capacity and align our research strategy with Regional and National development priorities to make tangible contributions to regional development, the national economy and fixation of highly qualified human resources in Portugal.
What is GenomePT?

GenomePT is a distributed genome sequencing and analysis infrastructure integrated in the Portuguese Roadmap of Research Infrastructures. It congregates over 50 researchers and technical personnel and amasses important bioinformatics expertise into a single genomics consortium.
