What is GenomePT?
GenomePT is the Portuguese distributed research infrastructure providing coordinated access to genome sequencing technologies, advanced bioinformatics and specialised expertise across academic, clinical, environmental and biotechnology research domains.
Integrated in the Portuguese Roadmap of Research Infrastructures, GenomePT connects national sequencing and analysis platforms into a collaborative network supporting research, innovation and capacity building.
Applications and domains
GenomePT supports genomics applications across diverse scientific and socio-economic domains, enabling research, innovation and evidence-based decision making.
