The network brings together complementary expertise and technologies, enabling coordinated access to genomics capabilities at national level.
Node profiles and services
GenomePT is led by a national coordinator responsible for strategic direction, representation, and coordination of network activities.
The governance structure includes elected regional coordinators (North, Centre, Lisbon/South), who support communication and articulation across the network.
Strategic decisions are taken by the plenary of node representatives, ensuring coordinated development of the infrastructure.
